A 3D Column Chart in stacked mode aggregates series values into a single column per category, clearly showing each component’s contribution to the total. When negative values are present, segments extend below the baseline to reveal losses alongside gains.
This sample displays the profit for 10 cosmetic products across Florida, Texas, Nevada, and Arizona. Positive segments stack upward while negative segments stack downward, so the net profit per product is immediately apparent. Powder leads with the largest combined positive total, while Eyebrow pencil and Nail polish show significant losses in Texas, Nevada, and Arizona. Tooltips appear in union mode to show all four states at once, and the legend identifies each regional series.
See the 3D Column Chart documentation for all configuration options.
