Description
Quadrant Chart, also known as Matrix Model, is a very convenient solution for choosing one of all possible alternatives by means of visualizing the relationships between them.
Quadrant Charts consist of square quadrants of the same size and are widely used in such tools as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Ansoff Matrix, and Eisenhower model of time management.
