Scatter Charts are usually used when it is necessary to show a function of several variables, when one of them is continuous and depend on another, or when you need to display a some mathematical distribution. Scatters also work well with large data sets.
This Chart demonstrates how AnyChart works with annotations on Scatter Chart. Annotations are special instruments for analyzing the data. The annotations used in this sample are of Trend Channel type, this one is usually used to track the changes in the data and make some conclusions and decisions about the further actions. You can configure the trend channel by dragging and dropping the boundaries of the channel or the channel itself. The chart has got linear, simple axes: the maximum of the Y-Axis is 320, the maximum of the X-Axis is 120. The grid is not enabled, as well as the legend. The tooltips show the name of the series and the coordinates of each point.
