A Bullet Chart is a compact visualization designed for comparing a measured value against a target. When configured with negative values, the bars can extend in both directions from a center baseline, clearly highlighting over- and under-performance.
This sample displays ACME Corp. sales variance across 12 U.S. regions in a table layout. Instead of showing absolute sales, each bullet bar represents the percentage difference between actual and target values, ranging from -30% to +30%. A shared axis at the bottom provides a common scale. The line marker sits at zero, so bars extending right indicate regions exceeding their target while bars extending left show regions falling short. A color-coded percentage column reinforces the comparison.
See the Bullet Chart documentation for all configuration options.
