The new version is planned for release in May of 2011. In particular the Google Closure Compiler for JavaScript.  The tool compiles JavaScript into compact, high-performance code. The compiler removes dead code and rewrites and minimizes what&#8217;s left so that it downloads and runs quickly. It also checks syntax, variable references, and types, and warns about common JavaScript pitfalls.<\/i><\/p>\n<p ><b>Q:<\/b> Did you run into any difficulties during the development process?<\/p>\n<p ><b>A:<\/b> <i>We tried Canvas and SVG and finally chose SVG because it gives far more opportunities, in particular for working with text. Actually, with JavaScript we can efficiently implement the expected functionalities of AnyChart \u2013 which is no small task, it involves porting and testing several hundred classes, and that\u2019s thousands of lines of code!<\/i><\/p>\n<p ><b>Q:<\/b> How many more classes are left to be ported?<\/p>\n<p ><b>A:<\/b> <i>We have ported most of classes. The final product is coming soon, and we believe our clients will like it!<\/i><\/p>\n<p ><b>Q:<\/b> What would you say about HTML5?
